Hi, I’m Ashlyn!
I started learning + practicing mindfulness about five years ago, and it has changed my life. I used to struggle with anxiety and depression, which took hold of my days. After learning the tools of mindfulness, I'm able to take control of my life again and manage my stress/anxiety. Mindfulness has helped me improve my overall mood, become less reactive, and create a positive lifestyle!
After seeing the impact it's had on my life, I knew I wanted to teach others, too. That's when I created Mindfullyash + became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher!
